Job summary

Ekk Europe is seeking a Customer Service Employee within our Supply Chain department in the Netherlands. You are the important link between customers and our internal teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customer needs are translated into actions across Sales, Purchasing, Production Planning and Shipping.

You will handle ongoing and new orders, monitor orders and inventory, assist with Incoterms and logistics questions, and support customs activities.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or bachelor's degree.
• Experience with administrative tasks and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of EDI/Web-EDI is an advantage.
• Good command of Dutch, English and German.
• Strong communication skills, accurate and customer-focused.
• Independent, stress-resistant and a true team player.
• Enthusiastic, positive and quality-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing, new, sample and PPAP orders.
• Ensure correct order processing in our administrative systems.
• Monitor orders, inventory and potential discrepancies.
• Process price adjustments and packaging instructions.
• Communicate with customers on customer service-related matters.
• Handle logistics-related questions regarding Incoterms, transport and dangerous goods.
• Support customs-related and daily operational logistics activities.
• Act as back-up for the Supply Chain Back Office.
• Work in accordance with IATF, AEO and HSE requirements.

As a Customer Service Employee within our Supply Chain department, you are an important point of contact for our customers.
