Job summary

Munro Group is seeking a Production and Orders Coordination Intern at its Amsterdam headquarters. The role supports the Product and Orders team with daily order issues, weekly tasks, and cross‑stakeholder communication across the supply chain.

You will contribute to Ready-to-Wear processing, reporting, and timely dispatch. The internship targets candidates studying Supply Chain or Fashion, with strong English and organizational skills, and a proactive, independent mindset.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Supply Chain or Fashion or related study at vocational or bachelor level.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Detail-oriented with careful work habits.
• Independent worker with a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Available for at least 5 months starting February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product and Orders team in resolving daily order issues and weekly tasks.
• Assist with communication between internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain.
• Contribute to Ready-to-Wear order processing and dispatch.
• Help maintain and update weekly shipment overviews and reports.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating order delays.
• Conduct research on topics to identify process-improvement opportunities.

About the internship

As a Production and Orders Coordination Intern, you will:

• Support the Product and Orders team in resolving daily order issues and managing weekly order-related tasks;
• Assist with communication between internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain;
• Contribute to Ready-to-Wear order processing and dispatch;
• Help maintain and update weekly shipment overviews and reports;
• Support the identification and mitigation of order delays;
• Conduct research on specific topics to identify opportunities for process improvements.

About you

• You are enrolled in Supply Chain or Fashion or related study on vocational or bachelor level;
• You have a good command of English and great communication skills;
• You have strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• You are detail-oriented;
• You can work independently and have a proactive mindset;
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office;
• You are available for at least 5 months starting February 2027.
