Pleo is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide European and UK customers through a seamless setup of our spend management platform. You will own onboarding projects, configure Pleo to match client needs, deliver training, and drive user adoption.

Fluency in Dutch and English and 2–3 years of customer-facing onboarding or success experience are essential to build strong relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of customer-facing onboarding or customer success experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (essential).
• Strong planning and risk-management abilities for multiple onboarding projects.
• Ability to articulate customer needs to data analysts, designers, and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding projects for Europe & UK customers from signup to go-live.
• Configure Pleo to match customer needs, including activation, limits, cards, and integrations.
• Provide training, best-practice guidance, and ongoing adoption support.
