Job summary

PNO Innovation is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist in the Netherlands to translate our marketing strategy into engaging content and campaigns for the Dutch market. You will balance creativity with a data-driven mindset to generate qualified leads for our consultants and collaborate with our Marketing Manager Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in B2B content or digital marketing.
• Fluent Dutch with excellent Dutch copywriting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration with international colleagues.
• Strong visual content skills and experience with design tools.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEA and data-driven performance improvements.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Ads, WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Create, design and publish compelling B2B content for LinkedIn, our website and other channels.
• Develop, launch, monitor and optimise marketing campaigns in line with priorities.
• Build and develop lead generation activities in HubSpot, including landing pages and forms.
• Track campaign performance and translate insights into concrete improvements.
• Advance HubSpot lead nurturing and full-funnel analysis with guidance.
• Improve organic and paid search performance through SEO and SEA.
• Collaborate with consultants to turn expertise into accessible content.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, repurposing and analysis per guidelines.
