ING Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Specialist in Life Management, Team NoWorryING. You will support commercial customer retention, lead generation on our Mortgages Portfolio, and manage the Convert Without Advice initiative.

The role requires proactivity, optimism, and WFT HK certification. You will interact with customers via video or phone and work two days per week in the Amsterdam office (Haarlerbergpark).

Qualifications

• Two days in the office per week in Amsterdam.
• WFT HK certification is required to work in the team.
• Experience with video or phone interactions with customers.
