Job summary

Supermicro is looking for a Sales Support Administrator who can be the direct contact for Supermicro's field sales team and provide support by processing orders, monitoring inventory, and following up on ETA with purchasers. Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ tech industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on order status, shipment schedules, and pricing.
• Assist sales team with data entry and cross-train as needed.
• Coordinate with production, accounting, and RMA on orders.
• Arrange sales meetings and prepare presentations.
• Process, expedite, and track orders and RMAs.
• Support marketing efforts with BV office materials.
• Generate monthly and quarterly sales and forecasting reports.
