Job summary

Independent Recruiters is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to act as the main liaison for customers, internal departments and suppliers from order confirmation through final delivery. You will coordinate installation, IT integration and logistics, ensuring flawless on-site execution across the Benelux region.

The role requires HBO-level education with 2–5 years in related roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English (Dutch a plus).

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) background is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Customer Delivery/Implementation/Onboarding/Project coordination roles.
• Affinity with industrial automation and IT network connectivity; not a network specialist but able to get systems online.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; pragmatic and delivery-focused.
• English fluency; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer, internal teams and suppliers from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Process orders correctly and configure systems as required.
• Coordinate implementation: manage installation chain at customer site including mechanical placement and transport piping.
• Coordinate IT and cloud integration with customer IT and software partners.
• Plan logistics for conditioned transport to the factory location.
• Conduct on-site visits within Benelux to monitor installation progress and commissioning.
• Ensure timely invoicing of setup costs and QaaS subscription fees in coordination with finance.
