Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking a Digital Marketing & Data Specialist to join our Animal Health Benelux team in Boxmeer or Brussels. You will ensure data quality, governance, and a single customer view across systems to improve CRM-driven decisions and omnichannel experiences.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and IT to optimize CRM processes, manage platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and translate insights into more effective field force engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles.
• 3+ years with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI).
• Dutch and English fluent; French a plus.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & CRM Support: ensure master data is accurate and governed.
• Monitor CRM KPIs; cleanse datasets to improve completeness and accuracy.
• Support CRM users and promote best practices across the organization.
• Leverage CRM data for audience segmentation and personalized engagement.
