Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the Netherlands seeks an Area Sales Manager for Critical Care to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand market share. This role focuses on strategic account management, solution selling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

You will develop account strategies, forecast accurately, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure profitability while aligning with global Care Enablement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience; Critical Care/CKRT/ECMO experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with Critical Care accounts and key stakeholders to support satisfaction, growth, and market share in the Netherlands.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions addressing account requirements.
• Develop and execute account strategies and initiatives focusing on profitability and adoption of integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value propositions and contractual agreements meeting objectives.
• Act as customer advocate internally to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and drive strategy.
• Monitor market developments and competitive activity to support business planning and decisions.
• Build networks within customer organizations and leverage internal expertise to grow partnerships.
• Promote Fresenius Medical Care and manage customer engagement to enhance reputation in the market.
