This hybrid role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and English and Dutch proficiency, with regular travel to connect with teams and ensure compliant, efficient crew support.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong leadership to drive a positive change culture and colleague engagement.
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced aviation operations environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Understanding cabin crew operations and safety, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• IT-literate with good Microsoft Office skills and comfortable working with diverse remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists to enhance operational efficiency and employee development.
• Oversee cabin crew performance, provide daily feedback and monthly KPI insights.
• Manage communications, data sharing, and contract administration in line with agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing procedures and implementing innovative technologies.
• Coordinate events and initiatives to foster a sense of community among crew.
• Travel regularly to connect with teams and stakeholders across locations.
