Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Crew Performance Manager based in Amsterdam to lead a safety- and performance-focused team. The role combines office leadership with regular flying, including coaching crews and maintaining Cabin Manager qualifications.

You will support the Amsterdam base under the Senior Base Manager, drive high safety standards, and deliver efficient, customer-focused service while mentoring staff to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting sizeable teams in an operational environment.
• Experience handling performance and employee relations matters.
• Aviation experience with safety/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure incidents are reported and investigated promptly.
• Monitor standards and performance; conduct assurance checks and coaching to improve crew performance.
• Fly regularly with crew; provide practical feedback and maintain consistent service standards across teams.
• Support base performance indicators and lead cross-base activities as needed.
