ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Credit Risk Policies & Requirements specialist to translate complex regulatory rules into clear, actionable requirements across data, processes, and IT systems.

You will own end-to-end regulatory change initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders across IT, data, legal, and business units, and help deliver a harmonized, data-driven credit risk landscape that supports safe growth and compliant operations.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive, execution-driven mindset with ability to redesign processes and set data/IT requirements.
• Strong collaboration across IT, data, legal, and business units.

Responsabilidades

• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions across data, processes, org, and tech.
• Align regulatory requirements with business owners via change programs or BAU.
• Own end-to-end implementation of regulatory credit risk requirements.
• Act as single point of contact for credit risk regulatory changes.
• Support business lines and subsidiaries in navigating regulatory demands.
• Provide input to Management Team on ECB commitments and meetings.
