Job summary

Lloyds Bank NL is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join the Retail Credit Risk Analytics team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on the Dutch mortgage portfolio and ECB readiness, combining credit risk expertise with data capabilities to translate regulatory expectations into practical solutions.

The role works in a hybrid environment across Risk, Finance, IT and business teams, with regular office days in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory framework.
Experience with IFRS 9 and Dutch mortgages is a strong advantage.
Ability to lead projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
Strong data skills and ability to translate analysis into business conclusions.

Responsibilities

Lead ECB Readiness Programme sub-workstreams and coordinate activities and dependencies.
Provide credit risk expertise and advice to OneCredit projects and framework development.
Perform and oversee credit risk analysis for the Dutch mortgage portfolio.
Contribute IFRS 9 expertise with practical experience on Dutch mortgages.
Translate ECB/ EBA regulatory expectations into practical bank actions.
Support ECB supervisory engagements, reviews and inspections.
Work with large datasets and resolve data-quality issues with stakeholders.
Provide concise, evidence-based updates to senior management.
Collaborate across Risk, Finance, IT, Data and business teams for sustainable solutions.
