Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Financial Risk Specialist in Amsterdam to join the second-line Enterprise Risk team. You will help build out risk and credit lifecycle management for our financial products and drive remediation efforts.

Applicants should have 2+ years in banking or risk management with strong regulatory knowledge (CRR/CRD, Basel). You will support loans, accounts, card issuing and reporting processes within a dynamic tech company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in banking, financial risk management, auditing or consulting with credit risk expertise.
• Strong knowledge of prudential regulation (CRR/CRD, Basel, OCC, PRA).
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn in a fast-moving tech-finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Help build out risk and credit lifecycle management for financial products.
• Respond to remediation items and implement improvement plans.
• Support scaling of embedded financial products (loans, accounts, card issuing, overdrafts).
• Conduct regulatory gap analyses and incorporate requirements into risk/reporting frameworks.
• Contribute to risk policies, SREP, ICAAP/ILAAP, recovery planning, Pillar 3 and annual report.
