Job summary

STX is seeking an experienced credit risk analyst to lead end-to-end counterparty onboarding. You will perform CDD, financial analysis, and compliance screening to assess risk, and you will advise Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams on KYC/credit matters.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong understanding of financial markets, and fluency in English. Hybrid work arrangement with relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in credit risk analysis within the commodity trading or financial industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Law (Master's or CFA is a plus).
• Strong understanding of financial markets (derivatives), credit fundamentals and compliance requirements.
• Fluent in English with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end counterparty onboarding in coordination with KYC, Credit Risk and Compliance teams.
• Conduct CDD, financial analysis and compliance screening to evaluate creditworthiness and regulatory risk.
• Review financial statements, market conditions and regulatory factors to recommend credit limits.
• Advise internal stakeholders on KYC/credit risks, mitigations and onboarding challenges.
• Maintain KYC/credit reporting tools and update onboarding policies and procedures.
