Job summary

STX Group in Amsterdam is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to draft, review, negotiate and manage commodity trading contracts throughout their lifecycle. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to reflect commercial terms while mitigating risk, and help develop the Contracts function with scalable processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, relocation assistance, and a strong focus on professional development within a diverse team of specialists in the trading sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law.
• 2–5 years of experience in contract management or related fields.
• Fluent English and Netherlands residence.
• Proactive, independent worker with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a range of trade contracts and NDAs.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting to execution.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to contract playbooks, templates and knowledge resources.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve contract processes.
