Job summary

STX Group in Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Working Student to support our KYC and CDD processes. You will help onboard and review counterparties, conduct KYC research, and work with Trading, Legal, and Trade Operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

Join an international team and contribute to automation and process improvements while gaining exposure to complex corporate structures. The role is ideal for a student with an interest in compliance and financial markets, available for 24 hours

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (mandatory) in law, business law, criminology or related field.
• Interest in compliance, regulations, and financial markets.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with good communication skills.
• Proficient in English; another European language is an advantage.
• Available to work 24 hours from November and already living in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Compliance team.
• Help perform due diligence checks and collect relevant documentation.

TEAM AND ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Working Student to support our KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) processes in Amsterdam. In this role, you will assist the In this role, you will support the onboarding and review of counterparties, conduct KYC and legal structure research, and collaborate closely with Trading, Legal, Trade Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth business operations. As part of a collaborative international team, you will contribute to ongoing automation and process improvement projects, gain exposure to complex corporate structures, and play an active role in supporting STX’s growing global business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the KYC process for new and existing clients.
• Conduct basic research on clients and counterparties.
• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Compliance team.
