Job summary

Rotork, a market-leading flow control and instrumentation company, seeks a Sales Engineer – CPI to drive growth across the Benelux. You will combine technical insight with commercial acumen, visiting customer sites and delivering engaging demos.

Based in the Benelux with EU work authorization, you will collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing, build long‑term relationships, and travel regionally to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
• 3–5 years in technical sales or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Familiarity with CPI segments (Data Centers, Marine, Pharma, Food & Beverage).
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the Benelux region.
• Understanding customer operations, technical needs, and long-term goals.
• Working closely with engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Delivering engaging demos and technical presentations that simplify complex technologies.
• Tracking market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Preparing accurate, compelling proposals and quotations.
• Providing hands-on technical support, including product training for customers.
• Collaborating with marketing on targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Traveling throughout the region for customer visits, site assessments, and industry events.
• Keeping CRM activities organized and up to date.
• Continuously developing your technical knowledge and staying curious.
