United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is seeking an Assistant PPH Officer (Corportates) for its Benelux team based in The Hague, the Netherlands. The role focuses on cultivating corporate and major donor partnerships to secure long-term funding for UNHCR programs.

You will work under supervision to advance private sector philanthropy and strategic collaborations in Benelux. Key tasks include developing compelling proposals, managing donor stewardship, and coordinating with PSP

Formación

• Completion of HBO+/University degree in Marketing, International Relations, Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is mandatory for this position
• Minimum one year of previous job experience relevant to the functions
• Experience with private sector donors in the Netherlands
• Experience with Salesforce CRM would be an asset
• Experience with international NGO or UN organization would be an asset
• Good knowledge of the Dutch fundraising environment, especially Private Sector Partnerships and Philanthropy
• Affinity with UNHCR’s work and commitment to refugees
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English (oral, written, comprehension) is essential

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with existing corporate and major donor contacts to build relationships
• Deliver stewardship to corporate and major donors to meet objectives
• Develop presentations, proposals and reports for corporates and donors
• Contribute to strategic plan for Private Partnerships & Philanthropy in Benelux
• Lead major donor opportunities in line with fundraising strategy
• Strengthen UNHCR’s positioning with private sector in Benelux
• Grow UNHCR awareness among PPH audiences including corporates and donors
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and stay aware of fundraising environment
• Adhere to due diligence policies for PPH collaborations
• Provide ad hoc support to the PSP team
