UNHCR’s Private Sector Partnerships Benelux team in The Hague is seeking an Assistant PPH Officer. The role supports cultivation and stewardship of corporate and major donor relations, develops proposals, and helps implement the Benelux fundraising strategy.

Qualifications include a minimum HBO+/Bachelor’s degree, with at least one year in donor fundraising. Dutch and English fluency, Salesforce experience, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of minimum HBO+/University degree in Marketing, International Relations, Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of job experience relevant to the functions.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) would be an asset.
• Experience with an international NGO or UN organization would be an asset.
• Good knowledge of the Netherlands fundraising environment, Private Sector Partnerships and Philanthropy, focused on corporates and/or major donors.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with existing corporate and major donor contacts to build and cultivate relationships.
• Deliver stewardship to corporate and major donors to meet objectives and review progress.
• Develop presentations, proposals and reports to maximize donor engagement.
• Contribute to strategic planning for Private Partnerships & Philanthropy in Benelux.
• Initiate and lead major donor opportunities aligned with fundraising strategy.
• Support UNHCR positioning as the go-to for private sector partnerships in Benelux.
