Job summary

Luba zoekt een ervaren conventionele draaier/frees operator in Tilburg. U werkt in een professionele metaalbewerking en ziet toe op nauwkeurige productie volgens tekeningen en specificaties.

U stelt en bedient conventionele draaibanken en freesmachines in, controleert afmetingen met meetinstrumenten en onderhoudt de machines en werkplek volgens veiligheidseisen. Een zelfstandige, vakgerichte benadering is vereist.

Qualifications

• Minimaal een MBO-niveau werk- en denkniveau.
• 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring als conventionele draaier of freesoperator.
• Bekwaam in het lezen van tekeningen.
• Kennis van kwaliteitscontrole met meetinstrumenten.
• Woonachtig binnen 20 km van Tilburg.

Responsibilities

• Alleen opzetten en bedienen van conventionele draaibanken en freesbanken.
• Werkstukken vastzetten, uitlijnen en bewerken zoals draaien, frezen, boren, tappen.
• Technische tekeningen lezen en afmetingen controleren met meetinstrumenten.
• Reiniging en onderhoud van machines en een schone werkplek.
• Nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap staan centraal.

Job description

Start working as a conventional turner/miller in a professional working environment, with a high level of responsibility and opportunities for development.

Over de vacature:

In this varied role, you will work in a professional metal machining environment, manufacturing and finishing metal parts and components. You will work with various materials and ensure that each workpiece is produced accurately in accordance with technical drawings, dimensions and specified requirements.

You will independently set up and operate conventional lathes and milling machines, paying close attention to detail and quality. You will be responsible for correctly securing and aligning workpieces and carrying out operations such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping and various finishing processes. You will also read and interpret technical drawings and carefully check dimensions, tolerances and surface quality during and after the production process using a range of measuring instruments.

Accuracy and craftsmanship are central to this role. You will work in accordance with the applicable work, quality and safety regulations and contribute to a clean, safe and well‑organised workplace. Daily maintenance and cleaning of the machines are also part of your responsibilities.

As a conventional turner/miller, you will have the opportunity to apply and further develop your technical knowledge and experience. You will work on high‑quality products where precision, quality and craftsmanship are paramount. • At least an intermediate vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking
• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a conventional turner or milling machine operator

• Living within a maximum distance of 20 km from Tilburg
