StudentJob zoekt een Operator Machining voor een fulltime positie in Venlo. Je werkt in een 3-shift systeem en bewerkt aluminium profielen met voorgedefinieerde draai- en/of freesmachines, passend bij zowel series productie als individuele opdrachten.

Je leest werkinstructies en tekeningen, controleert afmetingen en beschadigingen, en registreert productie-orders en cyclustijden. Een professionele technische omgeving biedt lange termijn kansen en goede arbeidvoorwaarden.

Qualifications

• Technische of verspaningservaring heeft voorkeur.
• Basiskennis meetinstrumenten.
• Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen op VMBO-niveau.
• Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
• Bereid in een 3-ploegensysteem te werken.
• Nederlandse of Engelse taalkennis.
• BO/VMBO werk- en denkniveau.

Responsibilities

• Lezen van werkinstructies en tekeningen.
• Controleren van afmetingen en visuele schade.
• Draaien en/of frezen machines bedienen.
• Producten en klemmen juist positioneren.
• Machining proces en productkwaliteit bewaken.
• Producten meten met schuifmaat, meetlint en vierkant.
• Eerste producten en monsters controleren.
• Voltooide productieorders en cyclustijden registreren.
• Kleine machine-storingen oplossen.
• Basis onderhoud en schoonmaak uitvoeren.
• Technische of kwaliteitsafwijkingen melden bij Teamleider.

Samenvatting

We are looking for an Operator Machining for a full-time position in Venlo, working in a 3-shift system. You will machine aluminium profiles using pre-set turning and/or milling machines, both in series production and for individual products. Salary €2954 - €3877 gross per month (depending on experience and skill level), plus 8% holiday allowance.

We are looking for an Operator Machining to join the Machining department and machine aluminium profiles using pre-set turning and/or milling machines.

This is a hands-on production position where you will work with both series production and individual products. Do you have an eye for accuracy and quality, and are you comfortable working in shifts? Then this position is a great fit for you.

What will you do?

- Read work instructions and technical drawings

- Check aluminium profiles for quantity, dimensions and visible damage

- Operate turning and/or milling machines

- Position products and clamps correctly in the machine

- Monitor the machining process and product quality

- Measure products with tools such as calipers, measuring tape and squares

- Perform first-product and sample inspections

- Register completed production orders and cycle times

- Solve minor machine issues where possible

- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning

- Report technical or quality deviations to the Team Leader
