Job summary

You will be a technical problem-solver for our customers, managing incidents, logging requests in ITSM, and coordinating with specialists to resolve system errors. Qualifications

• Technical background; training on our systems will be provided.
• Strong interest in SQL, PL/SQL and ICT infra.
• Experience reading logs (Kibana or Splunk is a strong advantage).
• Great communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents for our material handling systems.
• Log and process customer requests in ITSM system.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and customers to resolve system errors.
• Analyze root causes of issues.
• Participate in weekend standby shifts.
