Holland2Stay is seeking a dedicated property manager to oversee daily management of buildings within your portfolio in the Utrecht area. You ensure quality, timely maintenance, and act as the primary contact for residents on-site.

You work within clear frameworks, take ownership, and bring energy to collaboration. The role focuses on hands-on inspections, on-site supervision, and delivering a reliable living experience.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or equivalent.
• Experience in admin, operation, or real estate is a plus.
• Affinity with real estate or management.
• You're fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard quality, appearance, and rentability of buildings in your area.
• Act as main point of contact for residents and ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate maintenance and work with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and check the quality of work.
• Carry out inspections and document findings.

What will you do?

You keep the management of your buildings structured and under control:

• You safeguard the quality, appearance, and rentability of buildings in your area

• You act as the main point of contact for residents and ensure clear communication

• You coordinate maintenance and work closely with suppliers and internal teams

• You monitor progress and check the quality of work

• You carry out inspections and document your findings

• You identify improvements and take action immediately

What your day looks like

You start by reviewing new requests and ongoing cases. You make sure residents receive clear updates and set the right actions in motion. During the day, you switch between coordinating maintenance, monitoring progress, and keeping overview of everything in play. You are regularly on-site to carry out inspections and check your buildings. By the end of the day, everything is properly documented and followed up.

What do you bring?

• MBO level 4 or equivalent

• Experience in admin, operation, or real estate is a plus
