Job description

You ensure technical issues are handled quickly and correctly. With clear decisions and structured follow-up, you keep everything running as it should.

At Holland2Stay, you are responsible for coordinating all maintenance requests. You assess reports, plan actions, and make sure repairs are carried out efficiently. You work within clear processes while maintaining control over execution. You stay on top of progress, communicate clearly with residents, and ensure every issue is properly resolved.

You take ownership, work with precision, and maintain a proactive mindset. You act quickly, keep an overview, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. If this sounds like you, you will fit right in.

What will you do?

You keep maintenance processes structured and under control:

• You act as the first point of contact for repair and maintenance requests

• You assess incoming reports and set the right actions in motion

• You plan maintenance activities and manage deadlines and priorities

• You coordinate with suppliers and ensure clear instructions

• You monitor progress and check the quality of completed work

• You identify issues and adjust where needed

• You ensure all information is correctly and fully documented

  If something is not working as it should, you take ownership and make sure it gets resolved.

What your day looks like

You start by reviewing new requests and ongoing cases. You make sure residents receive clear updates and set the right actions in motion. During the day, you switch between coordinating maintenance, monitoring progress, and keeping an overview of everything in play. You are regularly on-site to carry out inspections and check your buildings. By the end of the day, everything is properly documented and followed up.

What you bring

• MBO level 4 or equivalent

• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience, for example in service desk, technical, or facility roles

• Affinity with real estate or management

• You’re fluent in Dutch and English
