DSV Road GmbH in Venlo seeks a Control Room Specialist to start up, monitor, and close production processes in our automated warehouse. You will stay in the control room, analyze performance and intervene when needed to meet daily targets.
You work in a new, highly collaborative team on two shifts, handling first-line issues, communicating process status to operations, and driving improvements for smooth, efficient logistics.

As a Control Room Specialist, you are responsible for starting up, monitoring, managing and closing the production processes within our automated warehouse : you’re on it.
You stay in control from the control room: a high-tech office filled with screens and systems. From here, you continuously monitor operational performance. You identify deviations, anticipate disruptions and ensure daily targets are achieved. If something goes wrong, you know exactly how and when to intervene or escape.
