Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, and financial reporting is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word proficiency with attention to accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely, quality service delivery and follow-up.
• Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works and manage sub-contractor paperwork.
• Review invoices, cost center coding, and assist in billing applications and purchase orders.
• Provide monthly reporting support for Contract and Business Unit reviews and assist with HSE documentation.
