Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта Android-разработчика с Kotlin.
• Опыт построения производимого UI с Jetpack Compose.
• Глубокие знания Kotlin Coroutines и Flow, включая структурированную конкуррентность, отмену, потоки и тестирование асинхронного кода.
• Опыт проектирования и эволюции API контрактов между приложениями и бекенд-сервисами.
• Опыт разработки в многомодульных проектах Gradle.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки с техническими и нетехническими стейкхолдерами.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать новые функции от идеи до релиза совместно с Android, iOS и Backend командами.
• Владение техническими решениями и ведение архитектурных обсуждений, документирование дизайнов RFCs и ADRs.
• Мониторинг production-crashes, реагирование на инциденты, устранение сложных ошибок и проведение расследований.
• Поддержка профессионального роста коллег и адаптация новых членов команды.

• Обновление продуктов страхования в соответствии с технологическими стандартами.
• Разработка тестов и процессов по обеспечению покрытия тестами и SLA.
• Профилирование приложений, поиск узких мест, оптимизация производительности и мониторинг метрик.
• Соединение бизнес-целей и технических задач.
• Приоритизация решений на основе влияния на клиента.
• Сотрудничество с разработчиками приложений, бекендом, владельцами продукта и специалистами по качеству.

• Build new features end to end, collaborating with Android, iOS, and Backend engineers
• Own technical decisions and lead architectural discussions, documenting designs in RFCs, ADRs, and design documents
• Monitor production crashes, respond to incidents, solve complex bugs, and lead incident investigations
• Support colleagues’ professional growth and onboard new team members
• Improve owned services’ performance and resource efficiency
• Keep Insurance products and features up to date with technology standards and department guidelines
• Implement tests and processes to meet test coverage and quality service-level agreements
• Profile apps, identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and set up and monitor app health metrics
• Connect business and product goals to technical tasks
• Prioritize issue resolution based on customer impact
• Collaborate with app developers, backend developers, product owners, and quality specialists to improve the in-app customer experience

Требования

• 6+ Years of experience as an Android Developer, with Kotlin as the primary language
• Hands-on experience building production UI with Jetpack Compose
• Deep understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and Flow, including structured concurrency, cancellation, threading, and testing asynchronous code
• Experience with modern Android architecture (MVVM/MVI, Jetpack ViewModel, Navigation) and dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger)
• Extensive experience writing unit, UI (Compose/Espresso), and screenshot tests
• Strong knowledge of full-stack engineering and backend software concepts
• Experience designing and evolving API contracts between apps and backend services
• Experience with multi-module Gradle projects
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience profiling Android apps using Android Studio Profiler, Baseline Profiles, and Macrobenchmark
• Experience with A/B testing and release planning
• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
