NDA ищет опытного iOS разработчика для работы над мобильным приложением страхования путешествий, которое уже пользуется 8,5 миллионами пользователей. Ваша задача — реализовывать новые функции совместно с нативными iOS разработчиками и тесно сотрудничать с командой Insurance Mobile Apps для единообразного опыта на платформах.

Требуется глубокое знание Swift и SwiftUI, опыт полноценной разработки, умение писать тесты и проводить инцидент-расследования.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта iOS разработки на Swift.
• Глубокие знания SwiftUI.
• Опыт полноценочной разработки и концепций бэкенда.
• Опыт с A/B тестированием и планированием релизов.
• Обширный опыт написания тестов (unit и snapshot).
• Самомотивация к изучению новых технологий и хорошая коммуникация.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать новые функции в сотрудничестве с нативными iOS разработчиками.
• Сотрудничать с командой Insurance Mobile Apps для единого UX на платформах.
• Контролировать инциденты, устранять баги и руководить расследованиями.
• Помогать коллегам развиваться и участвовать в onboarding.
• Улучшать сервисы и оптимизировать производительность и ресурсы.
• Обеспечивать соответствие технологий и руководствам отдела.
• Обеспечивать покрытие тестами и качество через тестовые процессы.
• Профилировать приложение, выявлять узкие места и мониторить показатели работоспособности.
• Связывать бизнес и продуктовые цели с техническими задачами.
• Сотрудничать с разработчиками, бэкендом, product и QA для улучшения UX.
• Участвовать в росте команды через интервью и подбор персонала.

Job description

Описание: The company operates a travel website and offers a mobile app that enables 8.5 million people to purchase travel insurance.

Задачи

• Develop new features in collaboration with native iOS developers
• Collaborate with the Insurance Mobile Apps team to create a seamless experience across mobile platforms
• Monitor production crashes, handle incidents, resolve complex bugs, and lead incident investigations when necessary
• Help colleagues grow professionally and play a significant role in onboarding new team members
• Continuously improve owned services to increase performance and optimize resource use
• Keep the Insurance product and new features up to date with technology standards and department guidelines
• Meet service-level agreements for test coverage and quality by implementing tests and processes
• Profile the app to identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and set up and monitor app health metrics
• Connect business and product goals to complex technical tasks
• Prioritize issue resolution based on customer impact
• Collaborate with app developers, backend developers, product owners, and quality specialists to improve the customer experience within the app platform
• Contribute to growth through interviewing, onboarding, and other recruitment efforts

Требования

• 6+ Years of experience as an iOS Developer using Swift
• Strong knowledge of SwiftUI
• Strong knowledge of full stack engineering and backend software concepts
• Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and a strong passion for software development
• Experience with A/B testing and release planning
• Extensive experience writing tests, such as unit and snapshot tests
• Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications, and environments
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and a team player
• Fully comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
