Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Советовать по бизнес‑задачам и использовать AI‑инструменты для автоматизации рабочих процессов.
• Сотрудничать с командами, менеджерами продукта и стейкхолдерами; делиться методологиями по AI.
• Анализировать информацию, выявлять проблемы и разрабатывать решения с помощью логического мышления.
• Идентифицировать возможности AI и автоматизации для повышения эффективности команды.
• Передавать знания коллегам через наставничество и обучение.
• Оценивать архитектурные варианты с учетом затрат, требований бизнеса и технологий.
• Документировать архитектуру систем и майнить runbooks; обеспечивать защиту от единого сбоя.
• Автоматизировать развёртывание инфраструктуры и процедуры бэкапа/восстановления.
• Следить за состоянием систем и реагировать на инциденты в рамках SLA.

• Advise on business challenges and use AI tools to automate workflows and support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with team members, product managers, and stakeholders, communicate clearly, and share AI methodologies and knowledge with the team
• Analyze information, identify issues, and develop solutions using logical and analytical thinking
• Identify and apply AI and automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
• Share knowledge and methodologies, and support junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring
• Evaluate architecture options against cost, business, and technology requirements, including emerging AI-native technologies
• Describe system implications and design and defend adaptable solutions that meet current requirements
• Consider failure engineering, scaling, data storage and caching, security, and compliance standards
• Evaluate and improve system health using engineering best practices
• Resolve production issues, mitigate customer impact within SLA, and lead production incident response
• Contribute to incident tracking, postmortems, and root cause analysis
• Triage, prioritize, troubleshoot, and monitor system performance using observability frameworks
• Secure production systems in line with company policies, standards, and industry practices
• Ensure compliance with SOx, PCI, PII, and GDPR requirements
• Document system architecture, write runbooks, and reduce single points of failure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and apply backup and restore procedures

Требования:

• Practical professional experience with AI technologies, including LLM-powered applications, AI coding assistants, AI-based search and knowledge tools, prompt and context engineering, and evaluating, configuring, and integrating AI-powered SaaS solutions
• Awareness of responsible AI use, data privacy, and governance frameworks
• Production software engineering experience, curiosity about AI, good judgment, resourcefulness, and communication skills to support safe adoption
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, SQL, or Python
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty as equivalent
• Growing understanding of Business Applications and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions in a large-scale organization
• Proactive, results-driven, analytical mindset and strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work primarily within team scope with occasional cross-team interaction
