Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and coach behavior supports within a collaborative school setting in South Holland. The role emphasizes direct impact on student behavior, staff effectiveness, and implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) across multiple programs.

The BCBA will work with teachers, RBTs, and multidisciplinary staff to analyze data, tailor interventions, and train staff, with a Monday–Friday onsite schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; Applied Behavior Analysis expertise.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with BIPs, behavioral interventions, and data collection.
• Experience training/coaching school staff on behavioral strategies.
• Onsite work schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Join a collaborative special education program where you’ll have a direct impact on student behavior, staff effectiveness, and successful implementation of individualized behavioral supports. This full-time, school-year BCBA role supports multiple programs and the Instructional Support Team, with a strong focus on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), behavioral data, staff coaching, and consultation. You’ll work closely with teachers, RBTs, behavior team members, administrators, and multidisciplinary staff throughout the school day.

Schedule: Full-time, onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
School Year: 2026–2027
Pay: $55–$65/hour, depending on experience
