Job summary

Talent Search Pro is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the South Holland area to support multiple school programs. You will guide behavioral interventions, analyze student data, and help teams implement effective strategies to improve outcomes.

This full-time, school-year role focuses on coaching staff, conducting fidelity checks, and collaborating with administrators to ensure high-quality behavioral services. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, onsite.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• School-based experience is required
• Hands-on experience with BIPs, behavioral interventions, and behavioral data collection
• Experience training, coaching, or supporting staff on behavioral strategies
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Conduct fidelity checks and identify gaps in implementation
• Review behavioral data and recommend evidence-based interventions
