TWG Investments LLC is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our mental health care team in the Netherlands. This part-time role supports residents, ensuring safety and well-being while providing structured care in a compassionate environment.

The position includes weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 8am–8pm) and PRN call-out shifts, with duties ranging from direct resident support to medication supervision and daily documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in behavioral health preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices, safety protocols, and crisis intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
• Cook and serve meals following the posted facility menu.
• Complete items listed on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator.
• Supervise resident medication procedures and ensure timely administration; narcotics counted and documented on each shift.
• Record daily chart documentation accurately.
• Familiarize yourself with The Wood Group's policy and procedures and employee handbook.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our mental health care team. In this vital role, you will support individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, helping them achieve stability and improved well-being through compassionate care and structured support.

Part-time shift available:

• Saturday and Sunday - (8am to 8pm)
• PRN shifts (as needed for call outs)

Below are a few job duties to expect as a Behavioral Health Tech:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.
• Cook and serve meals. Follow the facility menu as posted.
• Responsible for completing items listed on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator.
• Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
• Responsible for the supervision of all resident medication procedures. Ensure that all residents receive their proper medication at the proper time. All narcotics will be counted and documented on each shift.
• Daily chart documentation
• Be familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures to include employee handbook.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in behavioral health or related field preferred
• Prior experience in mental health, behavioral health, or social services is advantageous
