Job summary

ASML is offering a non-thesis internship in the BPI Communications team. You will create engaging content, support digital channels, and contribute to employee engagement projects while learning from experienced professionals.

You will produce content aligned with ASML guidelines, assist with campaigns across articles, intranet, podcasts, and develop visuals such as presentations and infographics. The role requires on-site work near Eindhoven with a minimum six-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor or master in Communications, Marketing, Media Design, Change Management, or a related field.
• Experience creating communication content using design, presentation, video, or digital content tools.
• Comfort using AI-supported tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and creative.

Responsibilities

• Create communication content aligned with ASML guidelines and business objectives.
• Support communication campaigns through articles, podcasts, intranet content, and digital channels.
• Develop engaging visual communication materials, including presentations, videos, and infographics.
• Assist with video production, editing, and storytelling activities.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and online community activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Bring innovative ideas and creative solutions to communication challenges.
