SKIM in Rotterdam is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to lead pricing and revenue management studies, advising clients with clear, actionable insights. You will manage client accounts, oversee all research phases, and guide junior team members while shaping SKIM’s pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience within market research
• Experience in Pricing research and/or Revenue Growth Management & Pricing consultancy, preferably within Consumer Goods
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and data‑driven problem‑solving to translate research into actionable business insights
• Knowledge of/willing to learn research methods for pricing and revenue management
• Combination of strategic thinking and a hands‑on, process‑driven approach
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented with strong business acumen to deliver impact
• Strong client management and relationship building skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Fluency in English (Full professional proficiency)
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands (resident/citizen/visa)

Responsabilités

• Managing key client accounts and developing long-term partnerships
• Managing, supervising, and executing all phases of research studies: design, analysis, reporting, presentation, implementation
• Supervising Analysts and Senior Analysts and supporting their development
• Contributing to SKIM's strategy for Revenue Growth Management & Pricing
