Job summary

Highberg zoekt een Consultant Compensation & Benefits die beloningsvraagstukken voor diverse organisaties oppakt. Je analyseert data, vertaalt inzichten naar heldere adviezen en werkt samen met klanten aan beloningsoplossingen.

Je werk is resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en je weet hoe je projecten moet beheren. Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels en kunt zelfstandig werken in een growth‑gerichte organisatie met hybride werkopties.

Qualifications

• Universitaire opleiding afgerond in Business Administration, HRM, Economics, Econometrics of gerelateerd vakgebied.
• 2–4 jaar ervaring in beloningsadvisory of gerelateerd HR-consulting/data-analyse.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Uitvoeren van benchmarkanalyses, beloningsstrategieën en salarisstructuurontwerp.
• Zorgdragen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving, zoals EU-pay trans- directive.
• Projectplannen ontwikkelen en adviserende rapporten presenteren.
• Workshops faciliteren met HR-teams en directies.
• Bijdragen aan interne kennisontwikkeling, proposities en business development.

What Role As Consultant Compensation & Benefits

You will work for a range of clients, from corporates to public sector organizations, on topics such as:

• Benchmark analyses, reward strategies, and salary structure design.
• Compliance with new and existing laws and regulations, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Developing and presenting project plans and advisory reports.
• Facilitating workshops with HR teams and executive boards.
• Contributing to internal knowledge development, propositions, and business development.

What are we asking?

• You have a completed university degree in Business Administration, HRM, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
• You have 2–4 years of experience in reward consulting or a related area (e.g., HR consulting, rewards, data analysis).
• You are curious, have a drive to learn, and a proactive, structured way of working.
• You have experience with or affinity for client interaction; you are able to work independently and enjoy contributing to a growing practice.
• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
