Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
- Ability to build trust quickly and communicate with decision-makers.
- Proactive, self-starting mindset.
- Able to identify opportunities and convert to results.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience with software, technology or digital solutions.
- Experience in construction, engineering, BIM, SaaS or digital transformation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities within the Benelux region.
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- Building relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understanding customer challenges and translating them into suitable solutions.
- Delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
- Working closely with consultants, customer success and technical specialists.
- Growing existing customer relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Contributing to regional growth initiatives and market development.
