Job summary

Baxter International is seeking a Connectivity Specialist to lead the local deployment of connected medical devices in Benelux hospitals. You will collaborate with hospital IT teams, account managers, and clinicians to implement solutions that streamline clinical workflows and patient care.

This role requires hands-on implementation experience, strong HL7 and networking knowledge, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting medical device connectivity in hospital environments.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x (ADT, ORM, ORU) and healthcare interoperability workflows.
• Solid understanding of secure hospital IT infrastructures and networking principles.
• Experience with device to EHR/EMR interfaces and data exchange.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local deployment of connected medical devices in hospitals across the Benelux region.
• Collaborate with hospital IT teams, Account Managers, and clinical staff to implement connectivity projects.
• Identify stakeholders and advance Baxter’s healthcare solutions within organizations.
• Provide Level 1 post-go-live support and incident management.
• Coordinate with Connectivity Implementation teams to ensure on-time delivery.
