Zusammenfassung

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking a Community & Events Programme Intern (Northern Europe) to support the Membership team with coordinating events, partnerships, and member experiences across hubs.

You will work closely with the Regional Programming Manager, attend events, track deadlines, and help craft event reports while you develop project management skills in a hybrid, in-person role.

Qualifikationen

• You are currently enrolled in a university or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
• Legal to work in the Netherlands and available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week).
• Willing to work on-site at the Amsterdam Support Hub and travel within the Netherlands.
• Some experience with Microsoft Office and event management processes.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in developing project management skills in an operational environment.
• Passion for hospitality and the ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for questions and event requests from on-site Event and Community Managers.
• Attend community events and activations across The Netherlands, audit execution, and provide bi-monthly insights.
• Assist with curating the events strategy and ambassador programme.
• Support the Membership team by tracking deadlines, taking notes, and preparing monthly event reports.
• Research market offerings and competitor propositions.
• Contribute to development and refinement of various projects related to events and memberships.
