Job summary

Rabobank zoekt een Global Communications Lead die complexe strategische prioriteiten omzet in duidelijke narratieven en communicatiematerialen voor collega’s en leiders wereldwijd. De rol is 36 uur per week en tijdelijk ter vervanging van een teamlid.

In het kort ontwikkel en coördineer je communicatieplannen, ondersteun je de wereldwijde lancering van de International Cooperative en produceer je leiders- en medewerkersupdates die de strategische richting verankeren.

Qualifications

• Master in Communicatie of een verwant vakgebied.
• Minimaal 10 jaar senior-level ervaring binnen een internationale organisatie.
• Uitstekende schrijverschrijf- en redactieskills.
• Sterke editorial judgment en storytelling skills.
• Vloeiend Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

Responsibilities

• Ontwikkelen en coördineren van communicatieplannen voor internationale strategische prioriteiten.
• Ondersteunen van wereldwijde lancering en activatie van het International Cooperative.
• Ontwerpen van leiderschaps- en medewerkerscommunicatie die richting geven.
