Job summary

Mane Energy is seeking a qualified engineer/technician to commission and test complete emergency power systems, including engines, generators, switchgear, and fuel systems. You will ensure all components operate per technical specs and safety standards, delivering reliable and safe power solutions.

You will conduct FAT/SAT, analyze issues, and maintain thorough test reports, serving as the client contact during installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' commissioning experience (wind farms, oil & gas, mobile energy solutions).
• Experience with PLC programming/modification and ComAp systems.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including engines and emergency power or CHP systems.
• Ability to work independently within structured processes.
• Conversational German and English.
• Willingness to undertake further training.

Requirements

• Qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer in mechanical or electrical engineering (or similar)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in commissioning (e.g. wind farms, oil & gas, mobile energy solutions)
• Experience with PLC programming/modification and ComAp systems
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, ideally including engines and emergency power or CHP systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently within structured processes
• Conversational German and English
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Frankfurt area
• Willingness to undertake further training
