Broersma Werken Wonen, based near Amsterdam, seeks an experienced commercial real estate broker to advise clients on purchase, sale, leasing and investment opportunities in the city’s office, retail and investment properties.

The role offers significant autonomy, room for personal initiative, and ongoing training within a dynamic team. A strong market network and a proactive, client-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent Dutch and English communication.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate brokerage.
• Experience with Realworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Amsterdam market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on purchase, sale, leasing and rental of commercial spaces.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and oversee transactions.
• Develop new business and maintain existing relationships.
• Identify market trends and opportunities in the Amsterdam area.
