Job summary

Medical Export Group (MEG) is seeking a commercial support professional to join our team in the Netherlands. You’ll manage customer requests, prepare quotations, and coordinate from request to delivery, closely collaborating with Procurement, Logistics, and QA.

This role emphasizes execution, accuracy, and organization rather than traditional sales; you’ll ensure processes run smoothly, keep multiple tasks aligned, and take ownership of your work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or related field
• Excellent English and French are required
• Experience in administrative or commercial support roles is expected

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and QA to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor progress and follow up to keep processes on track
• Handle questions and issues in a structured, solution-oriented way
• Support the team by maintaining oversight and ensuring details are correct
