Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Commercial Manager to join the Commercial Operations team on a temporary full-time basis for 18 months. You will own end-to-end commercial responsibilities for offshore wind assets, partnering with Site Management, and managing a broad range of contracts to drive performance and value.

You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers, delivering commercial value and continuous improvement across assets. German language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate with experience in contract, commercial or procurement roles within renewables or energy industries.
• Ability to interpret, manage, support and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Experience with operational renewable energy assets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Management on commercial, contractual, and financial matters.
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to support operational decisions.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Lead or support contract negotiations and contract-related discussions.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes and reporting.
