Vattenfall is seeking a Commercial Manager to join the Commercial Operations team on a temporary full-time basis for 18 months. You will own end-to-end commercial responsibilities for offshore wind assets, partnering with Site Management, and managing a broad range of contracts to drive performance and value.
You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers, delivering commercial value and continuous improvement across assets. German language is a plus.

Acting as the key commercial partner to Site Management, you will manage a broad range of operational contracts, drive commercial performance, and ensure contractual risks and opportunities are effectively managed.
Working closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Asset Management, and external suppliers, you will help create commercial value, support efficient operations, and contribute to continuous improvement across the assets.
Qualifications
You are a commercially driven professional with experience in contract and supplier management within a complex operational environment. You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic mindset and are comfortable working with both commercial details and broader business objectives.
You build strong relationships, communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and take ownership of delivering results. Structured and proactive by nature, you thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and no two days are the same.
