Tiqets is seeking a Commercial Excellence Intern to join our mission in February. Based at our Amsterdam HQ, you will support the commercial performance across destinations in the region and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You should be a student in Business Administration or related field, energetic, commercially minded, and fluent in English. The role offers a hybrid schedule and exposure to a fast-growing tech scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for partners via email and inquiries.
• Onboard and support affiliate network partners within the program.
• Coordinate and improve cross-department processes (finance, product, etc).
• Assist Sales with partner funnel projects (acquisition, activation, retention, optimisation).
• Translate data insights and partner feedback into priorities for the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and identify gaps in offerings.
• Map partner journeys and develop solutions for a seamless experience.

What you will do

As a Commercial Excellence intern, you’ll support the commercial performance of all major destinations in the region. Based at our Headquarters in Amsterdam, you’ll report directly to the Team Lead of the Commercial Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our longtail partners within our direct affiliate program and networks and support any growth initiative projects. This means you will be in touch with a broad range of stakeholders within the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for our partners via email, addressing their inquiries
• Support the affiliate network manager onboarding, supporting and growing the affiliate partners working through the affiliate networks
• Support the Commercial Excellence managers coordinating, executing and improving existing processes setup with other departments (e.g finance, supply, product, etc)
• Support the Sales team with projects within the partner funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, optimisation) to help growing the performance
• Translate data insights, partner feedback, and industry trends into short and long-term priorities for the team
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend partners' needs, identify gaps in our offerings, and develop clear processes.
• Understand the partner journey map and identify solutions for a seamless partner experience

Qualifications

• You are enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or similar) for the whole period of the internship. If you are not a student we cannot proceed!
• You are highly energetic, curious and like getting things done
• You are often looking at things from a commercial perspective
• You are not afraid to interact with colleagues and partners
• You are service oriented
• You are a good problem solver
• You can work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You are proficient in English, extra languages such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plus
