Job summary

Maersk is seeking an ambitious Customer Experience Consultant to strengthen relationships with Reefer Import customers and coordinate end-to-end cold chain logistics in the Netherlands. You will onboard new customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams across ocean, inland, customs, and cold storage.

You will own a portfolio, drive service excellence, monitor performance, and identify improvements including automation opportunities in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within Maersk, SCM, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of shipping and logistics processes.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to own perishable cargo processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Reefer Import customers and build trusted relationships.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end shipment lifecycle across multiple transport modes.
• Monitor service performance and ensure agreed service levels are met.
• Own customer issues and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, logistics, and global service teams.
• Provide visibility on risks, trends and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Support adoption of digital solutions and self-service capabilities.
• Drive customer experience and process improvement initiatives.
