Job summary

AXIS Career in the Netherlands is seeking a Production Worker for the powder coating line in Varsseveld. You will hang products on the line, remove finished items, and help ensure quality standards are met.

No previous powder coating experience is required; with the right attitude you will learn on the job. You will work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with stable hours and opportunities to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Job description

Together with your colleagues, you make sure metal products are properly finished. You will hang products on the powder coating line, remove them from the production line and check whether they meet the required quality standards. If you notice a defect or irregularity, you report it so the issue can be addressed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Hanging metal products on the powder coating line;
• Removing coated products from the production line;
• Checking products for quality and damage;
• Cleaning and lightly sanding products;
• Performing minor finishing work;
• Identifying and reporting irregularities;
• Keeping your work area clean and safe.

You will work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This means fixed working hours, no shift work and plenty of time to enjoy your evenings.

You do not need previous experience as a powder coater. With the right attitude, you will learn the job on the way. We are looking for someone who:
