Job summary

Real is seeking a Temporary Co-Packing Manager to support and ensure continuity of ongoing co-packing activities while stabilizing operations, controlling risks and maintaining service levels across Benelux.

The role conducts an end-to-end review of the co-packing scope, creating fact-based recommendations on workload allocation, governance, capacity and process efficiency, and maintaining master data administration, PO creation, system follow-up, reporting and document control.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply chain, logistics, co-packing or operational project management.
• Analytical capability including process mapping, workload measurement and capacity assessment.
• Comfortable working with SAP and Microsoft 365 for admin, PO creation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of ongoing co-packing activities across Benelux.
• Act as the operational point of contact for co-packing topics and urgent issues.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, Marketing, Procurement, Quality and external partners.
• Create a complete inventory of current co-packing activities and map workload and capacity.
