This is a hands‑on interim assignment combining day‑to‑day operational responsibility with a broader process and capacity improvement project. You will ensure continuity of current co‑packing activities while reviewing the existing operating model, workload, governance and processes. The objective is to leave behind a more structured, efficient and sustainable co‑packing operation.
By the end of the assignment, daily operations should be stable and controlled, with clear visibility of priorities, risks and workload. The organization should have a fact‑based understanding of its required capacity, documented processes and responsibilities, implemented quick wins, and a clear roadmap for further improvement.
